The Training Course was held between the dates 14-21 November in Villefranche de Panat, France
with the participation of 37 participants fromBulgaria, France, Netherlands, N. Macedonia, Serbia, Spain and Türkiye.
Training Course "We are going digital" has been invented to improve the skills of distance education, and to prove that not the only face-to-face way of learning is effective. The aim is to teach youth workers how to interact with online platforms developed especially for distance education and apply it in their youth work across Europe.
The main objectives of the Training Course are as follows:
1. To provide an effective alternative path to wider education and youth work opportunities.
2. To improve youth workers' digital competences, including people with fewer opportunities, about using and creating technologies in distance education and to give them the basic skills for interacting with new tools in their work.
3. We will increase the quality of delivering educational content to learners without physical attending.

Cours de formation
La formation "Nous passons au numérique" a été conçue pour améliorer les compétences en matière d’apprentissage en distanciel. Afin de prouver que l'apprentissage en présentiel n’est pas l’unique méthode efficace. Le but est d'enseigner aux jeunes comment interagir avec les plateformes en ligne développées pour l'éducation à distance. Pour qu’ils puissent les appliquer dans leur travail à travers l'Europe.
Les principaux objectifs du stage de formation sont les suivants

Fournir une alternative efficace pour accéder à une éducation plus large et à des opportunités de travail pour les jeunes.

Améliorer les compétences numériques des travailleurs de jeunesse, y compris les personnes ayant moins d'opportunités, en ce qui concerne l'utilisation et la création de technologies dans l'éducation à distance et leur donner les compétences de base pour interagir avec les nouveaux outils dans leur travail.

Améliorer la qualité du contenu éducatif destiné aux apprenants qui ne sont pas physiquement présents.
